MST Seamless Tube & Pipe has always had a firm commitment to completing and delivering every order on time, every time. Our shipping department works diligently with customers and carriers to ensure we meet every expectation.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING
Because of the recent Electronic Logging Device mandate that went into effect, we have modified how we handle outgoing shipments.

Our new shipment policy is outlined below.

• As of January 15, 2018, all outbound shipments will be done via appointment only.
• Each appointment will be scheduled for a specified time with a one-hour window during which time the driver must check in. Drivers are encouraged to check in ½ hour ahead of the appointment time to ensure a smooth flow of trucks throughout the entire day.
• Any missed appointments will be rescheduled for the next available time. That time could be relatively soon or could extend to the next business day.
• The MST team is committed to loading each truck within a two-hour window from the later of the appointment or arrival time.
• MST ships outbound from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. with confirmed appointments coming out of the Shipping Department by 4 p.m.
• Any questions regarding shipping should be directed to our Shipping Department (Chuck Combs 248.486.0219 or Karen Dargis 248.486.0220 or to your specific inside sales representative).

LOADING REQUIREMENTS

• Check in with the guard upon arrival (must be at least a half hour ahead of appointment time)
• Overhead crane loading
• No closed-top vans
• Flatbed trailer
• Tarping required
• Straps only – no chains
• Outbound shipments by appointment only. See new outbound shipping policy.

If coming in to load after 5:00 p.m., Shipping Department MUST be contacted by 4:00 p.m.

Sea containers cannot be loaded at our facility. Export boxing is available but not included. Please contact your freight forwarder for price and delivery quotation.

FROM DETROIT
Take 96 West to 275 North;
back to 96 West;
get off at Exit 153;
turn left off the ramp (Kent Lake Rd);
follow to the ‘T’ in the road and turn left (Silver Lake Rd);
go 2/10 of a mile and turn right (Pontiac Trail);
follow all the way into town and cross over the railroad tracks;
at the 2nd traffic light after the tracks, turn right (McHattie);
follow to the end of the road and you’ll arrive at MST.
FROM LANSING
Take 96 East;
get off at Exit 153;

then a quick right (Kent Lake Rd);
follow to the ‘T’ in the road and turn left (Silver Lake Rd);
