The UV Coating machine will offer 100% solid UV coatings and will offer increased corrosion resistance and enhanced product appearance.
Utilizing unique technology the equipment manufacturer, Universal Finishing System, has developed a vacuum system which is ideal for achieving consistent film thickness all around the tubular product. The coating thickness is controlled by consistent vacuum pressure and incoming air speed.
